Founded in 1979 and incorporated in 1983, Multi-Form Plastics Inc., a custom thermoforming manufacturer, has become a respected leader in the plastics thermoforming industry. In addition to our 57,000 square foot manufacturing facility, located just east of Cincinnati in beautiful Batavia, Ohio, we have in-house engineering, design and tooling capability.
